How do I become a new patient?

We are so happy you're considering Alpharetta Pediatrics!The first step is to call the office to set up an appointment. The first appointment will be scheduled as a well check. We are currently scheduling well checks about 6-8 weeks out so please plan accordingly and understand that if a sick visit is needed before your first appointment, you may need to be seen by your previous pediatrician. Please visit our Forms page to find the paperwork needed to transfer medical records if needed.

Yes, we are! We proudly offer many vaccine options at our practice.
We recommend setting up a vaccine consult with a provider to discuss the best plan for you and your family.
